16TULUM is a off-grid hideaway, located at 1km from Tulum city center, but still close enough to bike to restaurants and beaches. Let us highlight your stay with the best recommendations on what to do and where to go, we take care of your reservations at restaurants and beach clubs, organise and pre-book tours, massages and many activities.

The villa is designed to offer intimate indoor and outdoor space for each room, as well as large spaces to gather. It can accommodate groups of 16 guests in 8 independents spacious suites, entire villa reservation is only at: manager@16tulum.com
The suites open onto a spectacular 18 meters swimming pool, a fire pit in the garden and a lounge overviewing the jungle from sunrise to sunset. A fully equipped kitchen and dining room is at disposal. Upon request, for group rental, a private chef can cook at the villa. Breakfast is served every morning by the main pool.
Our commitment is to reduce wastes and preserve this beautiful paradise, the Earth, our Home. We avoid as often as possible single use plastic and offer purified water in refillable glass bottles, as well as refillable bottles of soap. Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days to minimise the use of detergents and reduce the waste of water.
The ground floor suites #1 #2 #4 #6 have access to a private pool and garden, great for unwinding after a sunny day out. First floor suites #3 and #5 features a large bath with amazing sky window for viewing stars at night and spacious private terrace, excellent for sun-bathing during the day or catching the sunset in the afternoon.
In suite rooms #1 #2 can accommodate up to four adults with an interconnecting door. Room #8 is the ideal option for families with its king size bed + 2 single beds.
Each room is totally independent, equipped with private bathroom and separated toilets, AC, safe box, and mini fridge.
The villa manager is always available to assist and plan activities to make your stay a unique experience filled with unforgettable memories.
